Julia Ducayet
Julia is a passionate potter and dedicated teacher, specializing in hand-built forms that blend function with artistry. Primarily self-taught, she finds inspiration in simplicity and the beauty of imperfection, crafting pieces that evoke a sense of tranquility. As the founder of Ceramic Souls, she is committed to fostering a welcoming space where people can create, connect, and grow together.

Rebecca Blevins
Rebecca Blevins is equal parts teacher, potter, sculptor, and experimenter. Her studio practice can range anywhere from a perfectly thrown monumental vessel to a silly off-the-cuff animal form or a lumpy cup. Rebecca has been working in clay for over 15 years and teaching in various studio settings. She is excited to share her knowledge with the growing clay community in Nashville.

Autumn Soto
Autumn has been a creative spirit her whole life, exploring many artistic avenues before ceramics stole her heart. She loves crafting functional forms that are both useful and bring a little extra joy to everyday life. Passionate about sharing the magic of clay, she finds fulfillment in introducing others to the purposeful joy of creating with their hands.


Ash Atterberry
Ash Atterberry of Handwings Ceramics, is currently based in Nashville, TN. For the last 5 years she has had a studio space at Elephant Gallery in North Nashville. Her work focuses on hand building techniques to tell stories through clay, utilizing surface decoration with color and carving to bring her work to life.

Valerie Clark
Valerie Clark, originally from Millington, Tennessee, is a multidisciplinary artist with a BA in Ceramics and Painting from College of the Ozarks. She loves cooking, plants, indie rock, and continually learning new things. In her artist practices she is drawn to themes of hospitality and curiosity. She is so excited to learn alongside her students and explore new ways of creating.
